I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly when I taught Kyle at St. Giles. Her dedication to her children and their education was clear, and I enjoyed our conversations about softball, Catholic education, and more on the 8th grade Chicago trip. I will forever be grateful for that job, as it led to getting to know not only her and Kyle better, but also to meeting Jacob and Corrine as we worked on college essays and more. I know how immensely proud she was of all three of you and the amazing things you have accomplished, and she will be smiling down on you with joy as that list grows! I will miss her updates about your incredible family trips, college visits, and more. She became a treasured sounding board for me as my own kids started high school, and I am forever grateful for her patience and advice. May she rest in peace, free from pain.
